The present study investigate a QTc interval prolongation in diagnosed cases of Diabetic Ketoacidosis with reference to electrolyte imbalances. ketoacidosis (DKA) and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state (HHS) are dangerous manifestations diabetes mellitus representing two extremes the spectrum uncontrolled diabetic state. DKA accounts for 14 percentages all hospital admissions among diabetics 16 diabetes- related fatalities India. was conducted ICU, general medicine ward casualty under Department Medicine at tertiary care during August 2020 July 2022. In Maximum mean ±SD found electrolytes abnormal group 441.11 ± 16.49 normal 424.41 21.30, Minimum 393.69 8.24 383.08 15.99. Dispersion 48.75 9.22 41.63 9.88. Mean 417.41 12.35 404.65 15.81. It is suggested that an indicator CAN (Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy) predictive tool cardio-vascular mortality (worse outcomes) patients Ketoacidosis.
